Review by Dar: Poor Tape support. Poor tech. Support. Lot's of user forum posts but few actual solutions.
Inability to list tape contents without going into restore mode. Extremely slow user interface, tiring to work with. (1/5 - 20-Apr-2007)
Review by Joe: Despite many positive reviewers and awards, extensive use shows that NovaBackup’s quality is only skin deep. It can be difficult to use, manages only mediocre backup speed, and is unreliable. After several years of using NBK I switched out because of the increasing number of bugs the company is unwilling/unable to fix and the poor technical support. (2/5 - 30-May-2006)
